CoinRadar Terms of Use and Subscription

Version of 20 October 2026.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the CoinRadar application (the "app") and of the CoinRadar Collection subscription, offered by NATIVIK, Elyes JLASSI (EI, sole trader), SIREN 131 738 742, 105 quai Jules Guesde, 94400 Vitry-sur-Seine, France, lesviesretrouvees@gmail.com ("NATIVIK", "we"). By installing or using the app you accept them. They are available at any time in the app (Settings > Terms of Use) and on coinradar.pages.dev.

2. The service

CoinRadar lets you:

The app requires a compatible device (iOS [18] or later, Android [8.0] or later) and a camera. Recorded sales and alerts require an Internet connection.

3. Use without a subscription

Downloading the app costs nothing. Without a subscription you can make one identification and browse the catalogue. Further identifications, recorded sales and the collection features require the subscription.

4. CoinRadar Collection subscription

4.1 Plans and prices

PlanPrice incl. VAT (euro area)Trial
Annual€29.99 per year3 days
Weekly€4.99 per weekNone

The prices that apply in your country and currency are those shown by the App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase. The trial is offered once, under the eligibility conditions set by the store.

4.2 Purchase and payment

The subscription is taken out in the app through your Apple or Google Play account. Payment is collected by Apple or Google under their terms (Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions; Google Play Terms of Service). It is charged at the end of the trial for the annual plan and on subscribing for the weekly plan, then at the start of each new period. Before you confirm, the subscription screen shows the trial length where there is one, the price and billing period that follow, and the date of the first charge.

4.3 Automatic renewal

The subscription renews automatically for the same period, at the price then in force, until it is cancelled. On the App Store, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid renewal. For the annual plan, the app reminds you, no earlier than three months and no later than one month before the renewal date, that you may choose not to renew (Art. L. 215-1 of the French Consumer Code). The day before the trial ends, the app sends you a reminder.

4.4 Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, free of charge:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; you keep access until then. Cancelling during the trial avoids any charge. When the subscription ends, the collection is hidden, never deleted: your coins, their photos and their numbers stay on your device and reappear as soon as the subscription is active again. You can delete them at any time from the app's Settings.

4.5 Price changes

Any price increase is notified to you in advance by the store, which asks for your agreement where its rules or the law require it. Without your agreement, the subscription is not renewed.

5. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the European Union)

5.1 Period

You have 14 days from subscribing (start of the trial) to withdraw, without giving any reason and without any cost other than those provided for by law (Art. L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code; Art. 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU).

5.2 How to withdraw

You can withdraw:

5.3 Refund

We do not rely on the exception for digital content supplied immediately (Art. L. 221-28, 13°) and do not charge you for the service already provided (Art. L. 221-25): withdrawal within the period gives rise to a full refund of the amounts paid. The refund is triggered with the store (Apple refund request; Google Play cancellation with full refund) no later than 14 days after we receive your decision, to the payment method used (Art. L. 221-24). Access to the subscription ends on the refund date.

5.4 Relationship with the stores

Apple and Google, which collect the payment, also apply their own refund policies, which may be more favourable. These procedures add to the rights above, without the same amount being refunded twice.

6. Nature of the information provided

7. Licence

NATIVIK grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence, free of charge (apart from the subscription), to use the app on the devices linked to your store account, for private use. You may not extract or reuse a substantial part of the catalogue or of the data displayed (Art. L. 342-1 of the French Intellectual Property Code), circumvent the subscription or the lookup cap, or decompile the app except as permitted by Art. L. 122-6-1 of that code.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its code, texts, catalogue and presentation belong to NATIVIK or its licensors. Common-side images come from the European Central Bank; the designs are protected by the European Union and reproduced in accordance with the Commission communication on copyright protection of the common face design. No official image of a national side is reproduced. Sales data belongs to Numista and is displayed under licence. Full credits are on the Credits page. Your photos belong to you. When you share an inventory label, you alone are responsible for that sharing.

9. Conformity and availability

NATIVIK must supply an app that conforms to the contract and is liable for lack of conformity under Arts. L. 224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/770), for the whole term of the subscription. Updates needed to keep the app in conformity are supplied to you. The service may be interrupted temporarily for maintenance or if Numista or the host is unavailable; recognition and the collection remain available offline.

10. Liability

NATIVIK uses reasonable means to provide an accurate and available service. It is not liable for a decision to buy or sell taken solely on the basis of recorded sales, nor for the loss of collection data stored on your device if you kept no copy. Nothing in these terms limits NATIVIK's liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, personal injury, or the rights you hold under mandatory consumer law.

11. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in the Privacy Policy (coinradar.pages.dev/en/privacy.html).

12. App Store terms

If you obtained the app from the App Store: (a) these terms are concluded between you and NATIVIK, not with Apple; NATIVIK, not Apple, is solely responsible for the app and its content; (b) the licence is limited to use on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules of the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions; (c) Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support; (d) if the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which will refund the purchase price where applicable; to the extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation; (e) NATIVIK, not Apple, handles any claim relating to the app (product liability, failure to meet legal or regulatory requirements, consumer protection); (f) if a third party claims that the app infringes its intellectual property rights, NATIVIK, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of the claim; (g) you represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo and are not listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties; (h) NATIVIK's contact details are in section 1; (i) you must comply with applicable third-party terms (for example your mobile carrier's); (j) Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

13. Google Play terms

If you obtained the app from Google Play, these terms apply in addition to the Google Play Terms of Service; Google is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app.

14. Changes to these terms

NATIVIK may change these terms to reflect changes in the service or the law. Substantial changes are announced in the app at least 30 days before they take effect; if you refuse them, you may cancel free of charge. The terms that apply are those in force at the start of each subscription period.

15. Complaints, mediation, governing law

For any complaint: lesviesretrouvees@gmail.com. If a dispute is not resolved, you may refer it free of charge to the consumer mediator: [NOM, ADRESSE ET SITE DU MÉDIATEUR] (Art. L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code), within one year of your written complaint. These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence (Art. 6 of Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, "Rome I"). You may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence (Art. 18 of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012; Art. R. 631-3 of the French Consumer Code). For consumers in the United Kingdom, the courts of your part of the United Kingdom also have jurisdiction.
